Each new day of the year comes with opportunities to seize, challenges to overcome, and temptations to resist. The Scripture says, "Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue," (2 Peter 2:2,3). Knowing that God is working on our behalf through the power of the Holy Spirit, let us then appropriate the grace we need to make good choices that will bring Him glory!
